We are delighted to announce that Gemma Nie will be joining the partnership at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors, effective 1 April 2025. Gemma has been a dedicated and highly skilled member of our Gillingham-based Conveyancing team, playing a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of property transactions.
Having worked in the legal industry since leaving school, Gemma has spent the past decade as a conveyancer, building a wealth of experience across a wide range of property matters. From handling leasehold and freehold transactions to advising on Help to Buy schemes, remortgages, and transfers of equity, her expertise and commitment have earned her the trust of clients and colleagues alike.
Gemma’s ability to work under pressure while maintaining strong client relationships has made her an invaluable member of the team. Reflecting on her promotion, she shared:
"This is a dream come true for me, and the constant support and encouragement I have had from the partners has been everything. I have been here for over 10 years now and always said this was #thefirmtoworkfor – and I still feel the same all these years later."
Andrew Ashley-Edwards, Managing Partner at Martin Tolhurst Solicitors, expressed his confidence in Gemma’s leadership and contributions to the firm:
“It is a delight to be able to confirm Gemma has accepted the offer of partnership. Since joining the firm, Gemma’s results have been consistently excellent with countless 5* reviews, positive client feedback and hundreds of happy conveyancing clients successfully moved. Having already demonstrated leadership abilities in her role as Conveyancing Manager at our Gillingham office, I know Gemma has a great deal to offer as a partner as the firm continues to grow”
We are incredibly proud of Gemma’s achievements and look forward to seeing her continue to thrive in this new role. Please join us in congratulating her on this well-deserved promotion!
