ALEP Accreditation for Martin Tolhurst Solicitors

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors has the pleasure of announcing it has successfully become an accredited member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP).

ALEP is a professional membership association of solicitors, barristers, The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) valuers and managing agents who specialise in leasehold enfranchisement. Leasehold enfranchisement includes lease extensions, freehold acquisition and correction of management problems at blocks of flats. Its members work with both freeholders and leaseholders and are vetted on their expertise before being invited to join ALEP.

As a newly accredited member of ALEP, Martin Tolhurst Solicitors is at the forefront of leasehold expertise in Kent and this accreditation only shows the strength of the firm in the area of Landlord and Tenant Law.
