Martin Tolhurst Solicitors Reaccredited with ISO 9001 for Excellence in Quality Management

In July, following a comprehensive three-day on-site assessment by an independent ISO assessor, we are proud to announce that we have once again been reaccredited with the ISO 9001 certification.

This internationally recognised standard demands a consistently high level of quality management. It assesses how well we monitor client care and service, our business planning, staff supervision, and whether our day-to-day actions reflect our stated commitments - essentially, ensuring that we say what we do and do what we say.

The assessor conducted an in-depth review across all our offices, engaging directly with partners, solicitors, and staff at every level. Their goal was to assess how we embed quality and accountability into every aspect of our operations.

Having external auditors come in to assess you can be daunting, but to have 12 areas of good practice identified by our assessor was really pleasing. Our staff work hard every day to uphold our commitment to quality, and this reaccreditation is a testament to their dedication and professionalism.”
