New Enquiries Administrator

I joined Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in June 2025 as a New Enquiries Administrator based in our Gillingham office. As one of the first points of contact for new clients, I play an important role in ensuring that every enquiry is handled with care, clarity and efficiency from the outset.

I graduated from the University of Keele in 2022 with a 2:1 LLB Law degree. After completing my studies, I undertook an internship with ING Bank in London, where I gained valuable insight into professional services and client-focused work. I was keen to build hands-on experience within a law firm environment, working directly with individuals and businesses seeking legal support across Kent.

How I Can Help You

  • Your first point of contact – I assist new clients with their initial enquiry, taking the time to understand their circumstances and what they need.

  • Connecting you with the right legal team – I ensure that enquiries are directed promptly to the appropriate solicitor or department, whether that relates to family law, wills and probate, dispute resolution, commercial matters or other legal services. Where appropriate, I can also signpost to external support.

  • Clear and professional communication – I aim to provide a friendly, approachable and efficient service so that clients feel confident and supported from the very beginning of their legal journey.

My Legal Journey

My legal studies provided a strong academic foundation across a wide range of practice areas. Through my internship and current role, I have developed practical skills in communication, organisation and client service.

I am committed to continuing my professional development and plan to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive through CILEX. Working within a progressive and client-focused law firm in Kent allows me to expand my knowledge and gain valuable experience across different areas of law.

About Me

Outside of work, I have a real passion for dogs. If I were not pursuing a career in law, I would love to work for Dogs Trust, helping to rehome and train dogs. Supporting animals in finding safe and loving homes would be incredibly rewarding.

If I were stranded on a desert island and could only take three books with me, they would be any three novels by R.F. Kuang, whose writing I always find immersive and compelling.
