Licensed Conveyancer

Introduction

I am a Licensed Conveyancer specialising in residential property work across Kent. I support clients with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, Right to Buy transactions, and properties affected by the Building Safety Act. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, so I focus on being clear, approachable, and efficient. My aim is to guide you through your conveyancing process with confidence and minimal stress.

How I Can Help You

I act for clients on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Right to Buy transactions
• Properties involving the Building Safety Act

I understand how important it is for your property transaction to progress smoothly. When you instruct me, you can expect:

• Straightforward explanations in plain English
• Regular updates at each stage of the conveyancing process
• A proactive approach to resolving potential issues early
• Collaborative working with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep matters moving

Whether you are a first-time buyer or an experienced property investor, I tailor my advice to your circumstances to help you make informed decisions.

My Legal Journey

I graduated with an LLB from the University of Salford in 2020 and began working as a Paralegal shortly afterwards, where I developed a strong interest in residential property law.

While gaining practical experience across a wide range of transactions, I studied towards my Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) qualification in my own time. I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2023 and have since continued to expand my knowledge, including handling more complex conveyancing matters linked to the Building Safety Act.

This combination of academic learning and hands-on experience helps me deliver clear, reliable, and timely advice to clients throughout Kent and beyond.

About Me

Outside work, I am a car enthusiast and spend much of my free time learning how cars function and working on mechanical projects. I enjoy the problem-solving and attention to detail involved, which aligns well with the precision needed in property law.

I also enjoy reading, particularly the Harry Potter series, which I can revisit time and time again.

If I were not a lawyer, I would be…

A mechanic, combining my interest in cars with the practical satisfaction of understanding how things work.

If I were stranded on a desert island…

I would take the Harry Potter books with me. They are stories I never tire of.
