Liza Anderson
Liza is based in our Gillingham branch within our Litigation Department.
What Liza says:
I specialise in contentious probate matters, guiding clients through complex and often emotionally charged disputes involving wills, estates, and inheritance claims. My expertise includes but is not limited to challenges to the validity of wills, defending claims against estates, executor and trustee disputes, and claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
Clients value my clear, practical advice and my ability to balance empathy with a firm, strategic approach. I understand that every case is personal, and I take the time to listen to my clients and tailor my guidance to achieve the best possible outcome—whether through negotiation, mediation, or litigation where necessary.
With a focus on resolving disputes efficiently and sensitively, I work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to help navigate these difficult situations with confidence
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my two daughters, travelling as much as I can, and have also been known to jump out of, or stand on the top of a plane for charity.
If I were not a Solicitor, I would be...
I would be a travel photographer.
If I were stranded on a desert island and could take three pieces of music (or books or films) with me, they would be…
Frank -Amy Winehouse, The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, and most importantly …How to stay Alive – Bear Grylls.
