Joe Eaton joined Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in November 2025 as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. He advises clients on residential property transactions across Kent, supporting them through every stage of the conveyancing process with clarity, care, and professionalism.
Joe understands that buying or selling a home is often one of the most significant and stressful transactions a client will undertake. He is known for his calm and reassuring approach, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident from instruction through to completion.

My Legal Journey
Joe graduated from the University of Law in London in 2021 with an Upper Second Class LLB Law degree. He went on to complete the Legal Practice Course on a part-time basis while working full-time as a paralegal at a law firm in Bexleyheath.
He subsequently trained and qualified as a Solicitor, gaining hands-on experience in residential conveyancing before joining Martin Tolhurst Solicitors’ Residential Conveyancing team.
