Jessica Butler
Jessica joined the firm in October 2023 as a New Enquiries Administrator based in our Gillingham office. She can engage with clients and lawyers alike to ensure that our services are delivered in a professional, efficient, and approachable manner from the very beginning.
What Jessica says:
I recently started with Martin Tolhurst as a New Enquiries Administrator, following on from graduating from Durham University with my law undergraduate degree in 2022. In 2023 I completed a Criminology and Criminal Justice MSc wherein I conducted a research dissertation on legal systems abuse within family law proceedings.
I hope to commence the SQE soon as I am looking to qualify as a solicitor within the family law department.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and going on scenic walks in nature.
If I were not working in a law firm, I would be...
I would be an Au Pair in Germany - enjoying the beautiful mountains and woods around where I grew up.
If I were stranded on a desert island and could take three pieces of music (or books) with me, they would be…
- Now that’s what I call music 39 CD – for my childhood nostalgia
- A cheesy pop compilation CD – it has to be done…
- The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by Anne Bronte – maybe being stranded would finally make me re-read it!
