Abbie Lawrence

Abbie joined Martin Tolhurst Solicitors in 2026 as a New Enquiries Administrator and is building her practical experience within the legal profession as she continues her journey towards qualifying as a solicitor.

Abbie graduated from the University of East Anglia with an LLB Law degree in 2024. She has since completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside an MSc in Law, Business and Management and plans to continue her professional studies by completing SQE2.

What Abbie says

I graduated from the University of East Anglia with an LLB Law degree in 2024.

Following my undergraduate degree, I began the Legal Practice Course (LPC) alongside an MSc in Law, Business and Management in September 2024. I have now completed this stage of my studies and am awaiting graduation.

After taking a short break from studying, I plan to progress to SQE2, taking me another step closer to achieving my goal of qualifying as a solicitor.

I am really enjoying developing my experience within the legal profession and building on the knowledge I gained through my studies.

A book café owner! I love reading and baking, so I have always dreamed of combining the two and opening my own book café. However, my ambition to become a solicitor ultimately won out over my book café plans.
