Chloe Baumhauer
Chloe deals with new enquiries that are received by the firm and is based at our Head Office in Gillingham. She is able to engage with clients and lawyers alike to ensure that our services are delivered in a professional, efficient and approachable manner from the very beginning.
What Chloe says:
I graduated from Coventry University in 2020 with a 2:1 in Law LLB.
Aspiring to become a solicitor one day, I went on to study the Legal Practice Course and Masters at the University of Law during the coronavirus outbreak. I graduated in 2021 with an LLM in Legal Practice.
In March 2022 I started Martin Tolhurst in their New Enquiries Department to enhance my legal practice.
Working within New Enquiries has helped me gain knowledge and experience of all different legal areas, allowing me to meet the needs of our client’s specific enquiries and allocate accordingly.
My previous work within a social care call centre has played a part in my good customer service skills when speaking to clients regarding their sensitive legal matters, which is imperative being the first point of contact for Martin Tolhurst.
If I were not a new enquires administrator, I would be...
Travelling around the world and volunteering in elephant sanctuaries. I am a lover for sightseeing and have visited my fair share in countries with a long list to go! Elephants are my favourite animal and visiting a sanctuary in Thailand was one of the most rewarding weeks of my life which I would love to do again.
If I were stranded on a desert island and could take three pieces of music (or books or films) with me, they would be…
The Comfort Book by Matt Haig – a self-help book to help motivate yourself and deal with all thing’s life throws at you.
The Secret Barrister – a funny read based on criminal law which has always interested me since GCSE law.
Friend’s the TV Show boxset – my comfort blanket, never gets boring and makes me laugh no matter my mood which would help keep me sane!
