Martin Tolhurst Solicitors Announce New Partner

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Rothwell as their newest partner to the firm.

Paul originally trained with Martin Tolhurst Solicitors and then worked for another large regional firm, but he has now returned. He specialises in the preparation of wills, tax planning, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work. He has a wealth of experience advising a broad range of clients in these areas. The existing partners are pleased to have him join them and they look forward to working with him in the future.

Paul was appointed as a partner on 1 April 2018 taking the total number of Partners to nine, Paul commented below,

‘I am delighted to be appointed as a partner in Martin Tolhurst Solicitors and I am excited to be able to be part of the firm’s future. Since I qualified as a solicitor, I have found that no two clients have the same set of circumstances and I like to tailor my advice specifically to my client’s situation, so they are able to make an informed decision on how they wish to proceed. I like to work with my clients to find the right solution for them.’

As well as Paul’s wide knowledge in the legal sector he also has a passion for anything that involves good engineering and design as a solution to solve a problem. This news comes a year after Martin Tolhurst Solicitors rebranded in January 2017 and sets the way for a very positive future for the firm.
