Firm announce new Partner!

Martin Tolhurst Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of Nameeta Gujral as their newest partner to the firm. The existing partners are delighted to have her join them and look forward to working with her in the future.

Nameeta has worked exclusively as a family lawyer since qualifying as a solicitor in 2006. She joined the practice in 2016, previously having been a Partner at Robinsons Solicitors for five years. Her experience covers all areas of family law including dealing with division of financial assets following the breakdown of personal relationships, disputes concerning children as well as cases involving foreign marriages and divorces.

Nameeta is also a Collaborative Lawyer and a member of Resolution striving to adopt a conciliatory approach wherever possible.

Her skills have been endorsed by her accreditation as an Advanced member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

Nameeta was appointed as a partner on 1st April 2019, taking the total number of Partners to eight. Nameeta comments below:

As well as Nameeta’s knowledge in the family legal sector, she also has a passion for cooking and can often be found trialling new recipes at weekends.
