The purpose of making a Will is for you to decide how you would like your Estate to be dealt with, who is to receive your Estate and if any conditions are to be attached. The making of a Will therefore gives certainty as to what is to happen to your Estate upon your death.
We are a founder member of Certainty UK and we will ensure that your will is registered with the National Will Register which will enable your next of kin to find out where your will is being stored.
Dealing with the affairs of someone who has died can take a long time and is not always straightforward. Martin Tolhurst understands the needs of Personal/Representatives and will endeavour to make the probate process as simple as possible.
We understand that it is not always possible for everyone to get to one of our offices to see someone so we offer home visits for a small additional charge.
