Home Information Packs - Do I need one?

The last stage of phasing in Home Information Packs (HIPs) was implemented by the Government on 14th December 2007. Almost everyone now putting their property on the market is required to have a HIP. The Pack does not have to be in place before marketing can begin but it does have to be “commissioned”- this means ordered and paid for.

We can provide your HIP quickly and efficiently with prices starting at just £299 + VAT. Our HIPs are usually available within 14 days and include searches, title documents on the property and an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) that rates your property on energy efficiency and use.
