HIPs Come in for New Properties PDF Print E-mail

The Government has announced that from the 6th April 2008 all newly built properties  will require a HIP. Until now these properties have been exempt.

As expected new build properties will require a HIP. Until now developers have been exempt provided the property has a building regulation certificate.
