Simon Franklin is the Partner with overall responsibility for the firm's main office in Gravesend and is also in charge of the Wills, Trust and Probate department. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1982 and has been with Martin Tolhurst ever since.

Away from the office Simon is a keen runner and squash player, supports Gillingham Football Club ,follows Kent County Cricket Club, and is married with two teenage children.
