Philip Rothwell began his training at Martin Tolhurst in 1975, qualifying as a solicitor in 1977 and as a Notary Public in 1980. He became a partner in the firm in 1979 and over the years has dealt with all types of work undertaken by the firm, but is now chiefly a property lawyer, and maintains his notary practice.
