QualitySolicitors Martin Tolhurst is proud to announce that on the 23rd September 2011 we were awarded the Lexcel quality mark by the Law Society. The award was made after a rigorous 3-day inspection.
The Lexcel Quality mark shows that we as a firm have met high standards in the way we manage ourselves. Less than 1000 Solicitor firms have the Lexcel quality mark and Martin Tolhurst are pleased to be a part of this select group! Lexcel recognises that we follow procedures that enable excellent client service, cost efficiency and minimum risks. Lexcel requires that we have an annual audit to ensure we are still working to the same high standards. Lexcel accreditation gives clear evidence of a well-managed legal practice, showing our commitment to providing high quality standards and customer care.
